2. **Payment Policy**:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- For longer stays, a deposit may be required with the balance due before check-in.
3. **Cancellation Policy**:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 14-30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
4. **Check-In/Check-Out**:
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must follow any special check-in instructions provided prior to arrival.
5. **Guest Responsibilities**:
- Guests agree to maintain the property in good condition and will be responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- All properties are non-smoking unless explicitly stated.
- No parties or events are allowed unless written permission is given.
- The number of occupants should not exceed the booking confirmation. Unauthorized guests may result in eviction or extra charges.
6. **Security Deposit**:
- A refundable security deposit may be required to cover damages, excessive cleaning, or lost items. The deposit will be refunded within 7-14 days after check-out, provided there are no issues.

- Should there be any maintenance issues during the stay, guests must notify JKW Vacation Club promptly so that repairs can be arranged.

- JKW Vacation Club is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
